What is Autism (ASD)?
Autism is a condition which affects how a person communicates with others and how they relate to the world around them. It can be characterised in varying degrees by difficulties in social interaction, verbal and non-verbal communication and repetitive behaviours. People with autism may also be more sensitive to everyday sensory information such as sounds, smells, tastes and touch.
