Online Safety

At Turton and Edgworth Primary School, Online Safety is a vital part of the curriculum, ensuring that our children understand how to navigate the digital world safely and responsibly. It is our responsibility to educate our children on the acceptable uses of the internet, to teach them appropriate behaviours online and to help them manage and identify risks, both in and beyond the classroom.

As a school, we endeavor to create a culture of online safety within which there is a shared responsibility from all involved: governors, staff, parents and children. Therefore, we have pulled together a range of resources below which may help inform and guide conversations at home on the topic of online safety.
